Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AC-Now. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and product availability. Some items may ship directly from our supplier and arrive separately if you order multiple products.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days please contact us at philip@ac-now.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at philip@ac-now.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
