Refund policy

Before you buy: get the size right
Most air conditioner returns happen because the unit is too small or too large for the room. Email us your room size and we’ll recommend the right model before you order: philip@ac-now.com.

Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products ship directly from our partner warehouses, so every return must be approved first and sent with the label we provide. Returns sent without approval, or to any other address, can’t be accepted.

Condition
Returned items must be complete and in like-new condition: all parts, accessories, window kit, hoses and remote included, in the original packaging. Air conditioners and evaporative coolers must be fully drained and dry before packing.

Change-of-mind returns
If you return an item that isn’t damaged or defective:

  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Large items such as air conditioners often cost $50–90 to ship.
  • Opened air conditioners and evaporative coolers carry a 15% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the box and the shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. If possible, note any visible box damage with the delivery driver.
If a product develops a fault after the return window, it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help you file the claim.

Refused deliveries
If you refuse a delivery without contacting us first, it’s treated as a change-of-mind return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different model is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds
We’ll let you know once the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.

TURBRO products
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original TURBRO packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at philip@ac-now.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your refund is issued once the manufacturer has received and inspected the item, usually within 7–10 business days of it arriving. 

Damaged or not working? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a replacement or parts with TURBRO at no cost to you.


Warranty: TURBRO portable air conditioners include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. The AirSupply MS12 mist fan includes 1 year, plus a free 1-year extension when you register it on TURBRO’s warranty page.
