Best thing for walking dog this cold winter ...

I was walking in Home Depot and this handy heater caught my eye. I went back the next day and decided to give it a try. This heater was absolutely amazing. It kept me super warm. There are four settings. I went directly to the fourth setting and had to turn it down because it was too hot. I turned it down to the first setting and it was perfect. I am hoping the handy heater creates one that creates cooler air for the summer.
